Buy any three or more Knorr participating products in a single transaction from a participating retailer during the Purchase Period. Then, during the Submission Period, visit knorr.ca/contest and complete the official Entry Form by providing your full name, complete mailing address, valid email, and phone number. Upload a copy of your sales receipt showing the date, time, and retailer of your purchase. Answer the required mathematical skill-testing question, confirm you are of legal age in your province/territory, and (optionally) opt-in for future promotional notifications. Click "Enter" to submit your entry.

Without Purchase:

Handwrite your full name, complete mailing address, phone number, and email address on a plain piece of paper, along with a unique 50-word essay on "What is your favorite dish with Knorr during this season and why?" and indicate whether your entry is for a General No Purchase Entry.
