Purchase any qualifying package of 6ct or 12ct cupcakes, 8” single layer cake, or 8” strawberry Boston cake from the Jewel-Osco Store Bakery Department in Illinois, Indiana, or Iowa. Take a picture of your receipt clearly showing the purchase of a qualifying product. After that, visit jewelcargiveaway.com and upload the receipt along with the date and store number located at the top of the receipt.

Without Purchase:
