• Open the cardboard box, remove the plastic-wrapped pizza, and locate the sticker (containing a 7-digit code) affixed on top of the plastic-wrapped frozen pizza,
• Navigate the internet to HomeRunInn.com/Cubs where indicated, enter the 7-digit code printed on the sticker and complete all other required data on the entry form (by providing your legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and e-mail address), and
