This year, they’ve chosen North Carolina as the location, where a luxurious farmhouse-style home with high-tech features is made ready for one lucky Grand Prize winner. To sweeten the pot, a brand new 2016 Mercedes-Benz GLC car and a whopping $100,000 cash prize is also added to the prize package. So, don’t miss out on this life changing opportunity, and enter twice everyday to increase your chances of winning.

Eligibility Requirement: Participants must be at least 21 years old at the time of entry.

How to Enter:

Eligible entrants can choose any one of the two following ways to enter the Sweepstakes:

1) Online: Visit HGTV.com/Smart, www.hgtv.com or DIYNetwork.com during the Promotion Period, and then complete and submit an online entry form to receive one entry into the Sweepstakes.

Limit: Two entries per valid email address, per person, per day.

2) Via Mail: Hand print your name, complete address, contact number, and birth date either on a postcard or on a separate piece of paper no larger than 8½ x 11 inches, and mail it in an envelope with the proper postage affixed to: “HGTV Smart Home Giveaway 2016, PO Box 52628, Knoxville, TN 37950”.

Limit: One entry per stamped outer envelope.

Winner Selection

On or about 14th of June, 2016, one potential Grand Prize Winner will be chosen at random from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

Grand Prize

One lucky person will win:

(i) The HGTV Smart Home 2016, a sophisticated Southern home located in the high-tech hub of Raleigh, North Carolina. (ARV: $1,226,391)

(ii) One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000) - in the form of a check or a wire transfer; and

(iii) A new 2016 Mercedes-Benz GLCs (ARV: $51,685)

Note: The Grand Prize winner can also opt to receive $750,000 in cash in lieu of the HGTV Smart Home. He/she will still receive the Cash Prize and the 2016 Mercedes-Benz C-Class.

If Grand Prize Winner takes title to the HGTV Smart Home, the total ARV of the Grand Prize will be $1,378,076, and if the Cash Option is selected, the total ARV of the Grand Prize will be $901,685.
