There are two ways to participate:

A) Via Restaurant Visitation (No Purchase Necessary): Visit a participating Dave’s Hot Chicken restaurant during the Promotion Period. Request a Game piece from restaurant staff.

Limit: One Game piece request per restaurant visit.

B) Via Mail (Without Restaurant Visitation): Send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: “Dave’s Holiday Giveaway Game Piece, PO Box 488, Syosset, NY 11791-0488”.

Playing the Game:

Once you receive your Game piece (via restaurant visit or mail), just scratch off the perforated area to reveal your result. If the message reads “YOU HAVE WON”, you are the potential winner of the prize indicated.
