Winner Selection

Contest Judging: 3 Contest Grand Prize Winners will be selected by a panel of qualified judges from all eligible Submissions received during the Promotion Period, based on the following Judging Criteria:

• Appearance - Refers to the overall appearance and photo quality of the post (20%); and
• Passion - photo shows why they are the most passionate Penn State University fan (80%).

Instant Win Game: There will be a total of 250 random, compute-generated winning times to select the instant win game winners, during the Promotion Period.
