One Grand prize winner will be selected on approximately November 1, 2012, in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during promotion period. Winner will be contacted on or about November 2, 2012 by phone or email. Winner will need to sign and send an affidavit of eligibility/release of liability form and a Publicity Release within five days of notification. If a winner fails to return it, then he/she will be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected.
