How to Enter in Port of Subs Scan & Win Sweepstakes:

In-Store Entry: Visit a participating Port of Subs location during the Contest. Use your mobile device or tablet to scan the QR code displayed on the official entry sign inside the store. Complete the electronic entry form with your contact information and submit it.

Alternate Entry: Participants who prefer not to use the QR code method may submit a written entry including their full name, email, date of birth, phone number, and written consent to these rules.
