One Grand prize winner will be selected on or about January 4, 2012 in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during promotion period. Winner will be informed on or about January 9, 2012 by phone.

Grand prize winner will receive a trip to a taping of Iron Chef America in New York City with one guest.
