How to Enter in Flex with StarKist Sweepstakes:

Create Content: First, create a photo or video of yourself that shows how you “Flex with StarKist” by showcasing a personal achievement or milestone. Your content should highlight your unique lifestyle, health goals, or how StarKist protein fuels you. No one else should appear in the content. Photos must be JPG, PNG, or GIF (max 10MB), and videos must be MP4 or MOV (max 500MB, 30 seconds). Videos should start with a statement that it's an entry for the Sweepstakes.

• Use the Instagram app or visit Instagram.com to log in or create an account.
• Follow @StarKistCharlie.

All potential winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries on or about September 18, 2024.

One grand prize winner will receive a check for $2,500 and a box of StarKist products and promotional items selected by the sponsor. (ARV: $2,575).
