Phone: If you do not want to get registered by online method, then call on the 1-800-969-3630 and follow the instructions to complete the registration process. You will get one entry into your account at the end of process.

On or around May 3, 2013, Administrator will conduct the random drawing to select one potential Grand Prize Winner from all the completed entries received during the promotion period.

One lucky grand prize winner will receive a trip for two people to Las Vegas, NV. Trip package contains: round trip, coach-class air transportation for two, three nights' accommodation and admission for two people to the Life@50+ National Event and the Life@50+ Friday evening concert. Total ARV of trip package is $2,500.
