DDS' Feets of Glory Sweepstakes

Eligibility Criteria: All participants must be al least 18 years of age or older, at the time of entry.

The Sweepstakes Period includes 3 Weekly Entry Periods from 06/30/15 to 07/17/15, as given below.
1. 12:00 am ET on 06/30/15 To 11:59 pm ET on 07/03/15
2. 12:00 am ET on 07/04/15 To 11:59 pm ET on 07/10/15
3. 12:00 am ET on 07/11/15 To 11:59 pm ET on 07/17/15

How to Enter: During the Sweepstakes Period, visit www.FeetsOfGlory.com, to complete and submit an entry form including first and last name, email-id, and a valid phone number. After submission of all required information, you will receive one Grand Prize Entry for the day, and you will be prompted to play Feets of Glory game.

Then, you must follow the on-screen instructions to select male/female and home/away and click "continue." You must then click "start" and play the Feets of Glory Game until you are presented with a final score. By Playing the Feets of Glory game, you will receive one additional Grand Prize Entry for the day.

After you complete your Game Play, you will be presented with the options to share your score on Facebook and Twitter. You may share your score of Facebook, for competitive and fun purposes, but such will not provide you any additional entries. However, if you select to share your score via Twitter, you will earn one weekly entry into the applicable Weekly Entry Period's weekly prize.

Entry Limit: One entry per person per day + share your results on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram for another entry into the Sweepstakes.

One Grand Prize Winner & Nine Weekly Prize Winners (Three per week) will be selected randomly, from among all eligible Entries received during the entire Sweepstakes Period.

Prizes:

(1) Grand Prize: An Ultimate Liverpool FC Experience Package which will take the Grand Prize winner and one guest to a US tour match in the summer of 2016 (Match and Location TBD in Sponsor's sole discretion). The Grand Prize package consists of the following:
(a) 2 Tickets to the Sponsor selected LFC Game;
(b) 2 round trip coach class air transportation tickets from an airport near the Grand Prize winner's residence (in Sponsor's discretion) to an airport near the LFC Game (in Sponsor's discretion);
(c) 2-nights hotel accommodations (standard room, double occupancy) at a hotel of Sponsor's choice near the destination;
(d) 1 car rental for two days; and
(e) Coffee for one year awarded in the form of one two hundred and fifty dollar ($250) DD Card. ARV: $3,350.

(9) Weekly Prizes (three per week): LFG Hoodie or Soccer Ball. ARV: $25 each.
