Online Entry: Visit evanwilliamsdugout.com, and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the form in its entirety (including full name, postal code, date of birth, valid telephone number, and valid email address) to receive 1 Entry in the applicable Entry Period’s Inning Prize drawing (as well as 1 Entry into the Grand Prize drawing for those entering in Entry Periods 1-6).
Mail-In Entry: An eligible entrant may hand write his/her complete name (no initials), valid email address, street address (P.O.
