1 Potential winner will be selected by a random drawing on or about June 3, 2024, from all the entries received.

1 Grand Prize: The winner will receive a 4-day/3-night trip to the Essence Festival of Culture™ in New Orleans, LA from July 5, 2024, to July 8, 2024, for the winner and 2 travel companions.

The Trip includes:

• Round trip economy air transportation;
• 3 Nights hotel accommodations (single occupancy) in a hotel;
• A $250 ground transportation gift card, and
• $3,000 in the form of gift cards to be used as follows: $1,000 for spending money or to offset taxes for the winner and $1,000 for spending money for each of the 2 travel companions, and tickets to the Essence Festival of Culture™ for 3-nights for winner and 2 travel companions.

The total ARV of the Grand Prize is $9,835.
