With Purchase: Specially-marked Dean Foods TruMoo orange vanilla-flavored and chocolate milk, gallon and half-gallon, will contain a unique code printed on a pull-back sticker on the cap, and will be available in participating stores during Sweepstakes Period, while supplies last.

Without Purchase: To request a code without purchase by mail: Mail a self-addressed stamped envelope to TruMoo Halloween Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 792 Elmhurst, IL 60126. Limit one code request per postage-paid envelope.
Go online to www.trumoo.com during the Promotion Period, and follow the instructions to complete and submit the online entry form, including the unique code and all required information. After you have completed the registration, or signed in on subsequent visits, and submitted the entry form with a valid code, you will receive one entry into the Promotion. Each unique code may only be used to play one time.

One Grand Prize winner will be selected, on or about November 19, 2014, in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

One Grand Prize: A “Howling, Good-Time Vacation” for the Winner, and up to three guests, including one adult and two children ages 16 years old or younger on date of travel (total family of four) to an amusement park in Orlando, Florida.
