You need to use your mobile phone to visit Oreo Blizzard 100” tab on the DQ Facebook page to complete registration and form a Promotion team that includes one Promotion Team captain as well as a minimum of two, and a maximum of nine, additional Promotion Team members to participate in this sweepstakes. Limit: One Promotion Team per person and/or email address and per Facebook account during the Promotion Period. One mail-in card entry is limited per person per calendar day during the Promotion Period. Participants must be 13 years old or older at the time of entry.

You can enter the sweepstakes by two ways such as the mobile method via one of the Promotion Sites and use of a Location Based Network, and through mail. In first way, use your mobile device to visit www.facebook.com, and find the “Oreo Blizzard 100” tab on the DQ Facebook page located at www.facebook.com/dairyqueen. Otherwise, you can visit www.dq.com/oreo, follow the on-screen instructions to register for the Promotion and form a Promotion team that includes one Promotion Team captain as well as a minimum of two, and a maximum of nine, additional Promotion Team members.

After completing registration process, team member must visit participating DQ locations in the Eligibility Area and “check-in” on their mobile device by using the “Facebook Places” application from their mobile desktop or linked from the DQ mobile site. As Team Member submits a valid “check-in” at a DQ Location in accordance with these Official Rules, the team will receive one check-in credit. When a team collects one hundred Check-in Credits, it will be eligible for and automatically entered into the Grand Prize Drawing.

In second way, write your name, mailing address, email address, phone number and date of birth on a 3x5 card and mail it before August 31, 2012, to: 2012 Oreo Blizzard 100, c/o Brandmovers, PO Box 93367, Atlanta, GA, 30377. You will receive three Check-in Credits for each eligible mail-in card.

One Grand prize winner will be selected on or about September 20, 2012 from among all of the Promotion Teams and mail-in participants eligible for the Grand Prize Drawing during the Promotion Period. Three hundred and sixty-six Check-in Prize winners will be selected by random drawing from among Promotion Teams, Promotion Team Members and/or mail-in participants, throughout the Promotion Period. Winners will be contacted by phone and/or e-mail.

Grand prize winner will receive $100,000 in the form of a check.

Check-in Prizes:

First 200 individual Promotion Team Members and/or mail-in participants, who receive ten Check-in Credits, will each receive $5 DQ Gift Card. Total ARV of these prizes is $1,000.

One hundred twenty Promotion Team Members from the one Promotion Team, or the one mail-in participant, who are selected at the random drawing occurring semi-monthly during the Promotion Period from among all Promotion Teams and mail-in participants receiving at least 1 Check-in Credit during the week of the applicable drawing, will each receive $25 DQ Gift Card. Total ARV of these prizes is $3,000.

Twenty four Promotion Teams or the mail-in participant, who are selected each week in a random drawing during the Promotion Period and get at least 1 Check-in Credit during the week of the applicable drawing, will each receive $100 DQ Gift Card. Total ARV of these prizes is $2,400.

Six Promotion Teams, or mail-in participants, who are selected at any one of six random monthly drawings conducted during the Promotion Period from among all Promotion Teams and mail-in participants receiving at least 1 Check-in Credit during the month of the applicable drawing, will each receive $150 worth of DQ-brand Merchandise. Total ARV of these prizes is $900.

Six Promotion Teams, or mail-in participants, who are selected at any one of six random monthly drawings conducted during the Promotion Period from among all Promotion Teams and mail-in participants receiving at least 1 Check-in Credit during the month of the applicable drawing, will each receive $150 worth of Oreo-brand Merchandise. Total ARV of these prizes is $900.

Ten Promotion Team Members from the one Promotion Team, or mail-in participants, who are selected by random drawing conducted during the Promotion Period from among all Promotion Teams and mail-in participants receiving at least 1 Check-in Credit during the Promotion Period, will each receive $250 DQ Gift Card. Total ARV of these prizes is $2,500.
