Box 3003, Rogers, MN 55374-3003. You will receive one game code per envelope.

How to Play: Browse www.dolesalads.com/tasteofspain and complete the registration procedure by providing name, residential address, city, state, zip code, contact number, birth date and email id. Give answers of Sponsor marketing questions, and enter the Code found on your Game Piece. Once you will enter your game code, you will get entry into the both the Collect & Win Game and the Instant Win Game:

Collect & Win Game: You will get one of the following five salad ingredients: Olive, Grape, Tomato, Cheese or Garlic. All salad ingredients will be stored in the participant’s registration file and will appear on participant’s game board each time you log into the Game. When you get all five ingredients you must submit your completed game board to claim the Grand Prize and begin the verification process.
