You need a UPC code to enter the sweepstakes. You can get the code by two ways such as in-store/on pack code, and online code. In first way, go to your local grocery store, purchase the package of Horizon Milk products, and get the code from the back of it.

In second way, visit Disney.com/HollywoodLights, log on there with your Member Name and Password, and click on “Don’t have a Code”, the code will be immediately displayed. You need to copy down the code.

Visit Disney.com/HollywoodLights, enter the code, select your age group, follow online instructions and complete the registration form by providing required information such as account ID, name, email address, gender, birth date, zip code and password, then submit it during promotion period.

Winners will be selected on or about August 15, 2012 in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during promotion period. Winners will be contacted on or about August 16, 2012 by email to get their mailing address.
