Neither you nor anyone related to you has previously won a prize in this contest.
They will contact you at the phone number you mentioned on the entry form or you get and return their call within one hour of the time of the drawing. If you are not reached when they call, they will leave message including the deadline by which you must return their call. Just one call will be attempted and in case the contact is unsuccessful then other entrant will be chosen.
