Limit: Entrants may enter once per week during the Sweepstakes Period. A “week” runs from Wednesday to the following Tuesday, except for the final week, which runs from Wednesday, December 24, 2025, to Wednesday, December 31, 2025. There are two ways to enter the Sweepstakes:

You can also visit the Website directly. Complete the registration form with your full name (no initials), phone number, email address, mailing address (no P.O. Boxes), state, and ZIP code. After submitting the form, you will receive one Sweepstakes entry.

Social Media Instant Form Entry: During the Sweepstakes Period, Jose Cuervo, UFC, or DraftKings will post a Sweepstakes entry link on their official Facebook or Instagram pages. Click the link, complete the Instant Form with the required details, and submit it to receive one Sweepstakes entry.

The Administrator will randomly select:

• 4 Grand Prize winners (1 per quarter)
• 48 First Prize winners (4 per month)
• 260 Second Prize winners (5 per week)

Non-winning entries roll over into future drawings. The final drawing will be on or around January 5, 2026.
