How to Obtain a Card:

Eligible participants may enter the Promotion by obtaining a Card. There are two ways to obtain a Card:

Visit a participating CPK restaurant:

During the Distribution Period, visit a participating CPK restaurant within the contiguous United States or Hawaii. Picking up a takeout order from inside a participating CPK location (excluding third-party deliveries). Requesting a Card from a CPK restaurant Manager. Each entrant can get one Card per adult per CPK restaurant visit, per day during the Distribution Period.

AMOE Entry (mail-in):

Eligible participants can request a Card without making a purchase or visiting a CPK restaurant. Hand-print full name, mailing address, email address, phone number, and birth date on a plain 3x5 inch paper or card and Mail the request to California Pizza Kitchen, Attn: Marketing Department – Thank You Promotion – Card Request, 575 Anton Blvd. #100, Costa Mesa, CA, 92626.

How to Play:

During the Redemption Period (ends on April 21, 2024), bring the Card to a participating CPK restaurant. A CPK Restaurant Manager will open the Card upon request and peel off the prize/offer section:

• If the Card reveals a winning message, the participant is a potential winner of the indicated prize.
• If the Card does not reveal a prize, it will show a special offer (percent off meal) to be used before the end of the Redemption Period.

California Kitchen Thank You Giveaway Prizes:

One grand prize winner will receive $50,000 cash, awarded in the form of a check.

Two first prize winners will each receive $10,000 cash, awarded in the form of a check.

Four second prize winners will each receive $5,000 cash, awarded in the form of a check.

Four third prize winners will each receive $2,500 cash, awarded in the form of a check.

One fourth prize winner will enjoy a Waterfront Beach Resort Luxury Stay for two (2), fulfilled as a certificate or certificates with terms and conditions. (ARV: $1500)

Fifteen fifth prize winners will each receive $1,000 cash, awarded in the form of a check.

Four sixth prize winners will each receive $500 cash, awarded in the form of a check.

Four seventh prize winners will each receive a $500 gift card.

Five eighth prize winners will each receive Theme Park tickets for two fulfilled as two (2) park entry tickets for full-day access. (ARV: $300 for each).
