Mail-in:

Hand-printed name, address, phone number, email address, and date of birth on a self-addressed stamped envelope and mail it to Callaway Golf, Retail Marketing A.I. at 2180 Rutherford Road, Carlsbad, CA, 92008. Requests must be postmarked by February 22, 2021, and received by March 1, 2021.
