Limit: One entry per person/email address during the promotion period. Entrant must be 18 years old or older at the time of entry.

Participants can enter the sweepstakes by two ways such as online, and by mail. In first way, visit www.biore.com/newlook, and complete the registration form by providing required information such as name, email address, address, city, state, zip code, country, gender, birth date, and phone number, then submit it during promotion period. As you submit the form, you will receive one entry into the sweepstakes.

In second way, write your name, address, day and evening phone numbers, email address, and date of birth on a 3" x 5" piece of paper and mail it in an envelope with proper postage to: "Bioré Skincare New Look Sweepstakes," c/o Enlighten, Inc., 3027 Miller Road, Ann Arbor, MI 48103.

One Grand prize winner will be selected on or around February 8, 2012 in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Winner will be informed by email, mail or phone.
