BHG.com Best New Product Awards 2013 Sweepstakes

If yes, then why don’t you enter the Best New Products Awards Survey Sweepstakes? BHG invites its customers to participate in its survey to help it in determining 2013 best new products. You need to make your voice heard and answer the survey question to enter the sweepstakes. You could win $2,500 or a Samsung Galaxy 10.1 Tablets by participating in this sweepstakes. Do not think anymore! Go ahead and try your luck in this sweepstakes.

Limit: Three entries per person and per e-mail address throughout the Sweepstakes Period, regardless of method of entry. Participants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

You can enter the sweepstakes by two ways such as online, and by mail.

Online: Visit www.BHG.com/bestnewproductawards or www.BestNewProductAwards.com/BNPA and follow the directions provided to complete the online entry form and participate in the Best New Product Awards survey. The survey is divided into three phases. As you answer the questions in Stage 1, you will get one entry. You will receive one entry for answering the questions in Stage 2. As you answer the questions in Stage 3, you will get one entry into the sweepstakes.

Mail-in entry: Write your name, address, city, state, zip code, phone number, and date of birth on a 3" x 5" piece of paper and mail it in a properly stamped #10 envelope before November 16, 2012 to: BHG Best New Products Award Survey Sweepstakes Entry, c/o K. Stucchio Suarez, 805 Third Avenue, 27th Floor, New York, NY 10022 to get three entries in the sweepstakes.

One Grand prize winner and five First prize winners will be selected on or about December 1, 2012 in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during sweepstakes entry period. Winners will be contacted by email, phone and/or mail and may be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility, IRS W9 form, and release of liability/publicity within ten days of notification. If winner fails to send an affidavit, then he/she may be disqualified, and an alternate winner may be selected in a random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries.

One Grand prize winner will receive $2,500 in the form of a check.

First prize winners will each receive a Samsung Galaxy 10.1 Tablet (ARV: $399 each).
