Then, visit bdsweeps.com and submit your valid email address. If it's your first time, complete the registration form with all required information, including your name, address, and date of birth. Upload a photograph or screenshot of your Qualifying Purchase receipt. Upon submission and approval, you will receive one entry into the Sweepstakes.

Mail-In Entry Method:
