You may receive a free UPC Code for your each e-mail request within approximately one business day. Once you have received UPC Code via purchase or sending a request, visit www.milkmustache.com and follow the onscreen instructions to register for the sweepstakes. Fill out the registration form including your UPC Code and submit it.

There will be all entries categorized in a total of five Tiers on the basis of cumulative total number of entries. With your initial entry, you will be included into the Tier 1 Drawing. For your sweepstakes entry with four additional UPC Codes accumulating a total of five entries, you can enter into the Tier 2 drawing. With entering the sweepstakes with one additional UPC Code accumulating a total of six, you may get entry into the Tier 3 Drawing.
