Subway is sponsoring Subway Battleship Instant Win Game and Sweepstakes to offer you a chance to win $10,000, or one of many game prizes. You need game codes to play the game and enter the sweepstakes. You need a game code to play game. You can find the game code by seven following ways:

A.) Cup code: Visit a participating Subway restaurant and buy a specially-marked 30oz fountain drink that contains a unique Code printed on the cup.

B.) Sandwich Code: Visit a participating Subway restaurant and make purchase of any Footlong sandwich along with any beverage and get a sticker that contains a unique Code on the sandwich bag.

C.) Complimentary Codes: These free codes can be received without making any purchase. Participants will receive more than 183 Complimentary Codes throughout the Promotion Period regardless of the method of their request from June 2, 2012 to June 14, 2012. For getting free code, visit http://battleship.subway.com/AMOE, follow the instructions to request a Complimentary Code and three Complimentary Codes will be emailed back to you.

D.) Social Media Code: Choose Subway messages on popular social media sites that may include a Code.

E.) Banner Ad Codes: Choose Subway banner ads that may include a Code.

F.) Email Blast Codes: Choose Subway Email Blasts during the Promotion Period that may include a Code. Promotional Email Blasts will be sent to those people, who have opted in to get promotional emails through subway.com.

G.) Supplementary Codes: Different types of Supplementary Codes may be available during the Promotion Period, at Sponsor’s discretion.

After getting the code, you can enter the sweepstakes online by visiting the website, or through your web enabled mobile phone. Visit www.subway.com, follow the onscreen instructions and complete the entry form by providing required information such as name, email address, date of birth, phone number, address, city, state and zip code, then submit it during promotion period. After completing registration, follow the onscreen instructions to enter your Code to play the Game.

Prize level and associated prize will depend on the number of Codes and the type of Codes. Firstly, you can enter any type of code to enter level 1 Game prize. If you are at Level 1 and enter an A, B or C Code, then you will move up to Level 2 and be eligible to play for Level 1 and Level 2 Game Prizes. If you are at Level 2 and enter an A, B or C Code then you will move up to Level 3 and be eligible to play for Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 Game Prizes. If you are at Level 3 and enter an A, B or C Code then you will move up to Level 4 and be eligible to play for Level 1, Level 2, Level 3 and Level 4 Game Prizes.

If you are at Level 4 and enter an A, B or C Code, then you will be qualified to play for Level 1, Level 2, Level 3 and Level 4 Game Prizes and will receive an automatic entry into the Grand Prize Sweepstakes. Once you receive first Grand Prize Sweepstakes entry, you will also receive an additional entry into the Grand Prize Sweepstakes for each subsequent Code you enter, regardless of Code Type.

One Grand prize winner will be selected on or about June 21, 2012 in a random drawing from among all eligible Participants, who have reached the Grand Prize Sweepstakes Level. Winner will be contacted on or about June 26, 2012 by email and/or phone.

Grand prize winner will receive $100,000 in the form of a check.

Game Prizes:

In level 1, type 1; 120,000 winners will each receive Free 20oz Coke Zero in the form of 40 My Coke Rewards Points (ARV: $1.20 each).
In level 1, type 2; 2,000 winners will each receive $10 Visa Gift Card.
In level 2, type 3; 100 winners will each receive $100 in the form of a check.
