There are three ways to enter, so follow whichever you like the most.

1, Online: A receipt from an Applebee’s restaurant is needed to enter by this way. Just head over to Applebee’s Guest Experience Survey website - applebees.com/survey, and choose your country and language respectively to access the survey. Enter the server name, date, time, check number, 9-digit serial number from your receipt, and hit the orange button marked “enter” to proceed. Answer all of the questions honestly that they ask you. Fill in your suggestions in the free form box. At the end of the survey, you have to enter your personal details into a form to be entered into the sweepstakes. Follow all the directions to submit the survey.

2, Telephone: You can call the toll free number on the invitation and reply to the recorded prompts. To complete an SMS survey, text your answer to the telephone number given in the Invitation instructions.

3, Mail-in: Hand-write the following sentence “Please enter me in the Empathica Daily Sweepstakes for a chance to win 1 Daily Prize” on a sheet of paper on which you have hand-printed your first name, last name, home telephone number, full address (no PO Boxes accepted), email address, and the name of a participating client and mail it in a separate envelope with sufficient postage to:

Prizes awarded:

One prize per day of either USD$1,000, CAD$1,000, £1,000, DKK 8000 or €1,000 will be offered to be won and will be awarded in the currency of the winner's country of residence (or in US$ in the Republic of Korea and Honduras) paid in the form of a cheque or money order.
