You can determine whether you have a winning Code or not by two ways:

Anna’s Linens store: Visit Anna’s Linens store and ask the cashier to check the Code. If you have a winning Code, the Manager will tell you which Store Prize you won and you can redeem the prize immediately.

If you are a winner, you will be notified and get the prize within 15 business.

One grand prize winner will be chosen randomly from among all eligible entries on or about October 1, 2013.
