Allstate Insurance Company is sponsoring its "60 Seconds of Mayhem Sweepstakes" to offer you a chance to win trip for two to the Allstate Sugar Bowl Game, and an opportunity to participate in the: 60 Seconds of Mayhemsm Field Goal Kick Contest, where you could win a new truck, boat, motorcycle, travel trailer and a VIP trip to meet college football television analyst Kirk Herbstreit at the BCS Championship. You could also win great prizes such as a Portable Digital Music System, Digital Camera, 16GB Computer Tablet and much more just by kicking field goals. Enter daily and get practice for kicking field goals to increase your chances of winning.

Limit: One entry per person per week for the duration of the Sweepstakes Period regardless of the used entry method. Participants must be 18 years of age or older, or reached at the age of majority in their province at the time of entry.

You can enter the sweepstakes by two ways such as by visiting Tailgate Tour and other various Allstate attended events; and online. In first way, visit the Allstate display at one of the Tailgate Tour stops, follow the instructions, and complete an official entry form by providing required information, then submit it to receive one Sweepstakes entry. You can send an e-mail with “Tailgate Tour Location Request to [email protected] for getting a list of Tailgate Tour stops and various events.

In second way, visit www.allstatecfb.com, follow the instructions, and complete the online entry form by providing required information such as name, email address, address, city, state, zip code, and age, then submit it during the sweepstakes period to receive one Sweepstakes entry.

This promotion also contains Instant Win Game that has been started on August 26, 2012 at 11:59 PM ET and ends on January 2, 2013 at 11:59 PM ET. As you submit the entry form, you will get a chance to play game. In addition, you have choice to select either sweepstakes entry or Instant Win Game. There is a limit of one Instant Win Game play per person per day during the Promotion Period.

Four hundred and forty-eight Instant Win prize winners will be selected during Instant Win Game period. The participant, who first plays the game at the selected time, will be selected as Instant Win Game prize winner.

Allstate’s :60 Seconds of Mayhem (SM) Field Goal Kick Contest will occur on January 1, 2013 at the “Big Kick” field at the Allstate Fan Fest situated at the Jax Brewery Parking Lot on the 500 Block of Decatur Avenue in New Orleans, LA 70130. Only two winners of the 2012 Allstate’s :60 Seconds of Mayhemsm Promotion are eligible to enter the sweepstakes.

Participants will have the opportunity to try as many field goal kicks from the fifteen yard line in :60 seconds on the field surface. Participant, who made the most successful field goal kicks during the :60 seconds, will be decided for the Grand Prize Winner.

Grand prize winner will receive a 2013 Tahoe Q5i boat from Bass Pro Shops; a 2013 Victory Judge motorcycle; a 2013 Forest River Flagstaff V-Lite travel trailer from Tom Johnson Camping; a 2013 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD Truck; and a trip for two to the BCS Championship Game on Monday, January 7, 2013 at the Orange Bowl (ARV: $120,000).
