Limit: Regardless of the method of entry, each person is limited to one entry. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older and meet the age of majority requirements in their state of residence (19 or older in Alabama and Nebraska; 21 or older in Mississippi) at the time of entry.

To participate in the CoolSculpting CoolMonth Sweepstakes, you must be an Allē Consumer Loyalty Program Member. If you are not an Allē Member, you can sign up for free at alle.com.

There are two methods of entry:

Method #1: Treatment Entry

1. Visit alle.com/sweeps/coolmonth and complete the registration form.
2. During the Treatment Period (January 7, 2025, through March 24, 2025), purchase and receive a CoolSculpting treatment (excluding CoolTone) from a participating Allē Provider. Ensure the treatment is recorded in your Allē account. Each qualifying treatment equals one entry.

Method #2: Free Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE) / Mail-In Entry
