After your message with the keyword is received, you will receive a reply message requesting your date of birth (mm/dd/yyyy) and the 2-letter postal abbreviation for your state of residence. After you reply with an eligible date of birth and 2-letter postal abbreviation for your state, you will receive 1 entry into the Sweepstakes.
• Via Mail: On a plain piece of 3” x 5” paper, hand-print your full name, street address, city, state, zip, date of birth (mm/dd/yyyy), daytime telephone number, and valid email address You must also include your signature on your Entry to certify that you are 21 years of age or older.
