Video Entries must be under 100MB and maximum of 10 seconds in length in the following file formats: AVI, MOV, WMV, MP4, MPEG, FLV, 3GP, and 3G2. The "Submission Requirements": (1) Entry must be previously unpublished and original without any copyrighted material; (2) Entrant must be able to provide all appropriate releases, clearances and permissions for the Entry.
