If no, then keep hurry and make a minimum $10 purchase of eligible products at Shoppers Drug Mart as you will get contest card with a unique PIN Code on your purchase. This code can provide you entry into the Shoppers Optimum/Pharmaprix Optimum Holiday Contest. You could win $2,000 of Shoppers Drug Mart/Pharmaprix gift cards by participating in this contest. Do not waste time! Enter the contest as soon as possible because it will be completed soon.

Limit: There is a maximum limit of 28 entries, 1 entry per PIN/per person, per Shoppers Optimum Card/Pharmaprix Optimum Card regardless of the method of entry. Participants must be reached at the age of majority at the time of entry.

You can enter the contest by following ways:

1.) By Making Purchase: Visit a participating Shoppers Drug Mart or Pharmaprix store and receive a contest card with a unique PIN Code on a minimum $10 purchase of eligible products. After getting the PIN code, visit www.shoppersdrugmart.ca/holidaycontest, follow the instructions, and complete the online entry form by providing required information such as PIN code, Shoppers Optimum/Pharmaprix Optimum card, name, address, city, state, zip code, date of birth, phone number, and email address, then submit it during promotion period to get entry into the sweepstakes.

2.) Free Method of Entry: Write your name, Shoppers Optimum/Pharmaprix Optimum card number, address, city, state, zip code, email address and telephone number on a plain white piece of paper and mail it in an envelope with enough postage along with a 50 word unique and original essay explaining why you like the Shoppers Optimum/ Pharmaprix Optimum Program before December 3, 2012 to: Optimum Holiday Contest, 243 Consumers Road, Toronto, Ontario, M2J 4W8.

Five Grand prize winners will be selected in the random drawing on December 11, 2012 in Toronto, Ontario at approximately 1:00 p.m. EST from all eligible entries received during promotion period. Selected participants need to correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question without mechanical or other aid; provide the original Contest Card with winning PIN code; sign and return the Sponsor’s declaration and release form within ten business days of notification.
