Difficulty Level : Very Hard ( 4 out of 5 ) College Colors Day is an annual celebration for the starting of the academic and athletic year, and on that day, fans all over the US are encouraged to wear the apparel of their favorite college or university all over the day. The Collegiate Licensing Company is offering both the Spirit Cup competition and the College Football Playoff sweepstakes till August 28, in which winners will win a $10,000 donation towards the general scholarship fund and win an all-expense paid trip to the College Football Playoff National Championship Game respectively.

Limit: Entrant should have reached at the age of 18 in order to be eligible to enter. One time entry is allowed per day on www.collegecolorsday.com. Additional entries by taking part in the College Colors Day Spirit Cup Contest through Twitter and Instagram are limited to one time per day through each social media network.

Post college-themed images to Instagram and Twitter with #collegecolors and your college’s official hashtag between August 1 - August 28, to earn points towards your college. Get your hashtag on collegecolorsday.com/leaderboard. Your next step is to download the College Colors app and share images to earn 50 extra points per day. Get the College Colors app on collegecolorsday.com/download. You have to see the leaderboard regularly to know your college’s ranking. Keep sharing and help them win a $10,000 donation towards its general scholarship fund.

Entry process for the College Football Playoff sweepstakes:

Simply head over to www.collegecolorsday.com to register for the sweepstakes. On this website, click on ‘Enter sweepstakes’ icon and fill up the online form with necessary details including your name, email address, etc. Entrants can earn more entries by submitting their Twitter handle and/or Instagram handle and then taking part in to the College Colors Day Spirit Cup Contest with #collegecolors and their school-specific hashtag in their posts on Twitter and Instagram.

Prizes awarded:

Contest - the college with most points at the end of competition will win a $10,000 scholarship fund donation. ARV: $10,000.

Sweepstakes - one grand prize winner will win two tickets to the 2015 College Football Playoff National Championship. Trip package includes air transportation, $500 American Express gift card, etc. ARV: $4,000.

25 second prize winners will win a $25 gift card to Fanatics. Total Second Prize ARV: $625.
