WebEx Meeting Challenge

Difficulty Level : Very Hard ( 4 out of 5 ) Cisco Systems new mobile apps, WebEx enables you have a meeting from nearly anywhere in the world. Cisco wants to know your ideal meeting place or activity. Submit your selfie video in the WebEx Meeting Challenge Contest for your chance to win one of cash prizes and a WebEx software license and maybe and your video turned into an ad for WebEx!

Limit: One video per person/email during the Contest Period. The entrant must be 21 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Participants are challenged to record themselves in a “selfie video” at an ideal location they would have a meeting. The Video should showcase the most adventuresome, the funniest, or the most creative meeting location to use the new WebEx mobile application.

How to Enter: To enter, participant must visit www.webexmeetingchallenge.com during the Contest Period and click the “Enter Now” button and choose a video for upload either from his/her personal hard drive or from an existing YouTube link. Then, the participant must enter a title (no more than 120 characters) and description for his/her Video, however, this is not required for submission into the Contest. Then, the Participant must complete the submission form by submitting his/her first name, last name, email address, and date of birth, and click the box next to “I agree to the Official Rules” and click the “Submit Entry” button to finalize their submission into the Contest.

Video Requirements: The Video must be no more than 60 seconds long, and in each Video, the Participant must be heard saying “WebEx Meeting Challenge”. The Video should ONLY be of yourself, the Participant, and not contain any third party. The Video must be in MOV, MPEG, MPG, MP4, M4V, VOB, FLV, AVI, DIVX, WMV formats and must be no larger than 500MB.

Judging Criteria

Phase 1: On or about December 8, 2014, all eligible Videos received during the Contest Period will be judged based on Creativity and Uniqueness.

Phase 2: On or about December 15, 2014, the Sponsor will re-judge the Finalists’ Videos based upon the judging criteria listed under “Phase 1” in official rules.

Prizes

One Grand Prize: Grand Prize will receive $15,000 cash (to be awarded in the form of a check) and a software license for the Cisco WebEx mobile application for up to eight seats will be awarded to the Grand Prize Winner, having ARV of $288. Grand Prize also includes the Grand Prize Winner’s winning Video featured in a YouTube advertisement for Cisco WebEx. The total ARV of the Grand Prize is $15,288.

One First Prize: First Prize winner will receive $5,000 cash (in the form of a check) and a software license for the Cisco WebEx mobile application for up to eight seats will be awarded to the First Prize Winner, having an ARV of $5,288.

One Second Prize: Second Prize winner will receive $1,000 cash (in the form of a check) and a software license for the Cisco WebEx mobile application for up to eight seats will be awarded to the Second Prize Winner, having an ARV of $1,288.

One Third Prize: Third Prize winner will receive $500 cash (in the form of a check) and a software license for the Cisco WebEx mobile application for up to eight seats will be awarded to the Second Prize Winner, having an ARV of $788.

Six Finalist Prizes: Each Finalist Prize winner will receive $100 cash (in the form of a check) and a software license for the Cisco WebEx mobile application for up to eight seats will be awarded to each remaining Finalist not selected as a Prize Winner. Each Finalist Prize has an ARV of $388. The total ARV of all Finalist Prizes to be awarded is $2,328.
