So, the company is inviting its customers to express their satisfaction or complaints about the products and services at different restaurants it operates. All you need is to conduct an easy and quick online survey.

Limit: The minimum age requirement to enter the Whitbread Guest Satisfaction Survey Contest is 18 years. You can complete two surveys per month.

There are three ways to enter

Online: Head over to www.whitbreadcares.co.uk or www.talktotaybarns.com and press the “Start” button. Then, enter the house number and check number found on the Invitation. After that, follow the instructions to complete the survey. Once you complete the online survey, you will get ten entries into the drawing.

Phone: Call 0880 258 5940 and follow the instructions to complete the survey. You will get one entry into the drawing for completing the survey via this method.

Mail: Send a mail-in request with your name, address, phone number and email address to: Whitbread Guest Satisfaction Survey, ORC International, Customer Strategy and Technology Team, 186 City Road, London, EC1V 2NT. Each mail-in entry will receive ten entries into the drawing.

One winner will be selected randomly from all the entries every month.

The winner will be awarded with £250 cash.
