The Make Happy Memories with Russell Stover Contest Judging:

After the conclusion of the Entry Period, a panel of qualified judges will score each Submission up to the maximum number of points allowed. Judges will review and evaluate all eligible Submissions based on the following judging criteria:

2. Inspirational Quality of the Make Happy Memory in Submission (30%)
3. Creativity and Originality of the Make Happy Memory in Submission (30%)
