Perugina & Fine Cooking Chocolate Dessert Challenge

Difficulty Level : Very Hard ( 4 out of 5 ) A party or dinner is incomplete is without chocolate desert recipes whether it is a birthday party, new year party, wedding party ,etc. As you impress your guest with your delicious chocolate desserts, you can also impress Perugina and Fine Cooking’s by submitting your original and unique chocolate desserts recipe in the contest to win a Chocolate Lover’s Trip to New York City for two or other prizes.

Limit: One recipe per entry form. The entrant must be at least 18 years of age or older at time of entry.

During the Contest Period, access www.peruginausa.com and submit your recipe using the online Entry Form found under the Contests & Events tab. Fill in all information requested on the entry form completely and type your recipe, listing each recipe ingredient (including garnishes) with specific flavor, exact measurements or weights, equipment with exact dimensions or sizes and complete step-by-step preparation instructions. All recipe entries must include at least one Perugina product as an ingredient and no more than 10 ingredients total. A color digital photograph of the finished product is also required. (300 bpi resolution). If you have a story to tell relating to your creation, please include it in the Recipe Notes section of the entry form.

A panel of independent food experts will judge the entries. Qualified entries will be judged with equal emphasis on: 1) taste 2) creativity 3) presentation of final dish and 4) ease of preparation.

Prizes

One Grand Prize: Grand Prize winner will receive a Chocolate Lover’s Trip to New York City for winner and one guest. Grand prize travel package includes round trip air travel for two, hotel accommodations for a two night hotel stay, two tickets to Perugina’s Chocolate class at Eataly NYC, a yearly subscription to Fine Cooking Magazine, a Holiday Baking Special Interest Publication from Fine Cooking, plus $500 spending allowance. ARV: $2100.00.

One Honorable Mention Winner (for second best overall recipe) will receive a Perugina Chocolate Lover’s gift basket, a yearly subscription (6 issues) to Fine Cooking Magazine, and a Holiday Baking Special Interest Publication from Fine Cooking. ARV: $155.00.
