Monster Energy SXSW Video Contest

Then your wish fulfilling chance is on your door, you have to just answer it. Java Monster and SXSW comes out with online video competition for aspiring and seasoned filmmakers where enthusiasts can upload their own video featuring themselves and discussing on the concept for their SXSW documentary 2012 and why they deserve to win. At the end of the contest, one best video will be selected for the Grand prize in which winner will get an opportunity to create a full-access documentary on SXSW 2012 plus a trip to attend SXSW 2012. There is also sweepstakes portion included where participant have chance to win one of five trips for two to SXSW 2012 or one of Monster Sweatshirt with ear buds.

Limit: Entrant must be 21 years old or older at the time of entry. One contest entry and one sweepstakes entry is permitted per person during the entry period.

Complete the on-line registration by providing all asked information and upload your Contest video featuring who you are, what elements of SXSW documentary 2012 they would cover and why you should win. Your video must be in maximum 60 seconds in length or 150mb in file size.

The promotion also consists of sweepstakes. If you want to just enter in the sweepstakes, then complete the online registration form with all your contact details. Both Contest and Sweepstakes have separate winning prizes.

The winner of the contest will be judged based on judging criteria of inventive storyline, capturing the essence of the Java Monster® brand, relevance to the Contest theme and visual and audio quality and clarity.

A grand prize winner of the contest will be given an opportunity to create a documentary about SXSW plus a trip for two to attend SXSW 2012 (ARV: $4,750).

The potential winners of the sweepstakes prize will be selected in random drawing on or about February 15, 2012.
