The top four dip masters will win tickets to the Big 10 Championship on December 7, 2024, where they’ll compete in the ultimate dip battle live at the stadium. But the stakes are even higher! Limit: One submission is allowed per entrant for the entire entry period. The minimum age limit to enter the giveaway is 18. It is open only for the legal residents of Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Ohio, and Wisconsin.

How to Enter in Hellmann’s Dip Off Showdown Contest:

To enter, visit hellmannsdipoff.com and complete the registration form by providing your own original dip recipe with a regional flair, featuring Hellmann’s mayonnaise. Your submission must include the recipe name, ingredients, instructions, and a photo of the completed dip.

Hellmann’s Dip Off Showdown Contest Winner Judging:

Semi-Finalist Judging & Notification:

On or about October 28, 2024, submissions will be evaluated by sponsor-selected judges based on these criteria:

• Product Usage (30%): Effective and innovative use of Hellmann's Mayonnaise
• Creativity (30%): Presentation quality, uniqueness, and originality
• Flavor (30%): Expected taste, balance, and complementarity of ingredients
• Regional Flair (10%): Incorporation of cultural elements and regional culinary techniques

The top ten submissions will be named Semi-Finalists. In case of a tie, submissions will be re-judged solely on Flavor. Judges’ decisions are final.

Potential Semi-Finalists will need to sign and return a Declaration of Eligibility within 24 hours. Failure to do so, or failure to pass a background check, may result in disqualification and the selection of an alternate Semi-Finalist.

Voting Period to Determine Finalists:

After verification, up to ten Semi-Finalists’ submissions will be posted on hellmannsdipoff.com for public voting. Voting is limited to one vote per person per day. The four submissions with the most votes will become Finalists. Any attempts to manipulate votes (e.g., offering prizes for votes) may result in disqualification.

Dip Off Championship Showdown:

The four Finalists will attend the Championship Showdown on December 7, 2024, at the Big Ten Championship Game. Sponsor-selected chefs will prepare their recipes, and the public will taste and vote for their favorite. The Finalist with the most votes will win the Grand Prize. If a tie occurs, the Sponsor will re-judge tied entries based on the original judging criteria.

Dip Off Showdown Contest Prizes:

One Grand prize winner will win free groceries for a year, awarded as $6,000 in Meijer gift cards.

Four Finalist Prizes: Each Finalist will receive:

• The opportunity to compete in the Dip Off Championship Showdown at the Big Ten Championship Game for a chance to win the Grand Prize.
• Two tickets to the Big Ten Football Championship Game (Indianapolis, IN, on December 7, 2024).
• Three nights' hotel accommodations (December 6-8, 2024, double occupancy).
• $500 check for travel expenses.
• $500 check for spending money.
