Limit

Open only to parents or legal guardians of children between the ages of 6 and 12 years of age, and who are 18 years (19 in Alabama and Nebraska, and 21 in Mississippi) or older at the time of entry. There is a limit of 1 Entry per unique child (legal guardian’s submission on the child’s behalf), throughout the Contest Entry Period.

How to Enter Sun-Maid Board of Imagination Contest

• Go to campaign.rtm.com/sunmaidboardofimagination, to have your child tell Sun-Maid about themself and why they should be a part of the Board of Imagination via an online application. It is not required that the child complete the submission on his/her own. You may assist the child in preparing the submission. You must completely enter your true and correct information and the child’s information in the required fields on the official entry form (required fields include Parent/Guardian Full Name, Parent/Guardian Email address, Child Full Name, Age of Applicable Child Child’s State of Residence, and Child’s School.

Sun-Maid Board of Imagination Contest Winner Selection

Judging (Selecting Semi-Finalists & Finalists): During the judging period (April 30, 2023 - June 5, 2023), the judging panel, will score each Entry up to the maximum amount of points allowed. Judging will be based on the following criteria: (a) Creativity/Originality of child’s response (75%); and (b) Leadership potential (25%).

• 30 Semi-Finalists will be selected by the Judges and will be required to send a photo and a video of their child explaining why they should be on the Board of Imagination to the Administrator via email within 3 business days of the date of outreach.
• 15 Entries with the highest score from the Judges will be deemed the Finalists, whose entries will then move to the Finalist Public Voting phase of the Promotion.

Sun-Maid Board of Imagination Contest Prizes

5 Contest Grand Prize winners will each receive the following:

• Serve on the Board of Imagination for a year
• $5,000 deposit into a 529 College Savings Account with the child as the named beneficiary; and
• $5,000 donation check made payable to the child’s school*; and 1 year’s donation of Sun-Maid product for the child’s school.

The total ARV of all the prizes is $50,000.
