Create delicious chip flavor recipe that you want to taste next time when you buy LAY’s chips. You can select minimum three ingredients from your favorite Italian dish, fast food, chips, desserts, and drinks to create your awesome LAY’s flavor. Once you create your LAY's chip flavor, submit it in Lay's Do Us A Flavor Contest. Complete entry procedure online to win cash prize of 1,000,000 or $50,000.

Limit: All individuals must be of age 18 years or more at the time of entry to satisfy eligibility criteria.

You can enter into the contest by submitting your ideas for the future flavor of LAY’S Potato Chips. For becoming a part of the contest, you must submit following details: flavor name, up to 3 ingredients, the inspiration for the flavor (limited to 140 characters), chip style (Original, Wavy, and / or Kettle Cooked), and participant's contact information. All lucky winners will be selected on particular judging criteria from all completed flavor idea entries received during the contest period.

(3) Finalist Prizes: Each lucky finalist prize winner will be awarded with a check of 50,000.

Grand Prize: One potential winner will be allowed to select one prize from: (a) One percent (1%) of the Net Sales of the Grand Prize Winner's Finalist Flavor for the period July 1, 2014 through July 1, 2015 OR (b) $ 1,000,000 check.
