Dell: America’s Favorite Small Business Contest

Difficulty Level : Moderate ( 3 out of 5 ) Do you want to become America’s Favorite Small Business? Dell, Microsoft, and MasterCard all together welcomes owners of a small business to submit their business featured video in the America's Favorite Small Business contest. One best video will be determined for contest grand prize and the winner will be awarded $25,000 valued Dell products preloaded with Windows 7 Professional & Microsoft Office Home and Business plus a $50,000 prepaid card from MasterCard and a chance to feature in their online reality show. Other nine high scored finalists will be also provided $1,000 Dell prepaid cards.

Limit: Each business may upload one submission throughout the submission phase. For participating in the contest, contestant must be at least 18 years old and owner or owner-appointed representative of a small business with maximum twenty-five employees.

Access www.youtube.com/Dellbusiness during applicable contest submission phase. Then follow the provided instructions to complete and submit the contest application with creating your small business profile. After creating contest profile, upload one video featuring what it means to be a small business and agree that you have conformed Video Guidelines and Content Restrictions.

Following the conclusion of submission period, the judging phase will be held from September 12 to September 18, 2011 to determine ten finalists on the basis of the judging criteria. Each determined finalists’ submission will be showcased in an online gallery at website for public voting.

For voting, the general public will be allowed to cast their vote to their best submission between September 19 and October 16, 2011. One person may vote one time per day during the voting phase.

A highest voted finalist will be announced as potential grand prize winner and other remaining nine finalists will be deemed potential finalist prize winners.

A potential grand prize winner will receive up to $25,000 valued Windows 7 Professional & Microsoft Office Home and Business 2010 pre-loaded Dell products; a $50,000 prepaid card from MasterCard plus a chance to be featured in your own online reality show. The approximate retail value of grand prize is $75,000.

In addition, nine finalists will be awarded $1,000 Dell prepaid card.
