CR-V Leap Year Contest: Do Leap List with Honda to Win Car & Gas

Difficulty Level : Moderate ( 2 out of 5 ) Play CR-V Leap Year Contest and you could win a brand new Honda CR-V. The contest is conducted in a very unique and exciting way. Make an interesting leap list of the activities that you would like to do in your own Honda CR-V; you can also make them attractive with variety of photos, videos or comments to get more public votes, which will make you the lucky winner to get Honda CR-V. You could also win $1,000 REI gift card if you come out to be one of the nine first prize winners.

Limit: Only one entry is allowed per person. For eligibility, the participant must be of 18 years or above with a valid U.S. driver’s license at the time of entry.

To participate in this contest, visit automobiles.honda.com/leap-list and enter your leap list (the list of goals or activities you would like to complete before a specific milestone) during the submission phase starting from 15th December, 2011 to 29th February, 2012. The leap list may include photos, videos or comments.

The selection of winners will be done in three phases. The first one is the ‘finalist judging phase’ in which a panel of qualified judges will select 50 highest scoring submission from all eligible entrants based on the leap list’s variety, uploaded content, posts and comments.

The second phase is the voting phase in which the finalists’ submission will be posted in an online gallery where the general public can vote for their favorite one. Total number of votes would be counted in the final judging phase. Each person can vote only for one time.

In the third and final phase of judgment, a panel of qualified judges will select the potential winners from the finalists on the basis of submission’s variety including photos, videos, comments, etc., viability of leap list activities including activities that would make use of a vehicle like the Honda CR-V and the total number of public votes.

The potential winners will be informed by email on or about 1st May, 2012.

One lucky grand prize winner will receive an all new Honda CR-V - $1,500, Visa gift card which can be used for the purchase of gas, a GoPro camera and a $500 Visa gift card. The approximate ARV of the grand prize is $30,045.

Each of the nine first prize winners will get a $1,000 REI gift card.
