Difficulty Level : Moderate ( 3 out of 5 ) ‘CLIF Kid Backyard Games Contest’ has been released specially to inspire those kids who belong to 6-12 ages group for creating unique and creative backyard games as per their imagination. So parents or guardians of these age group kids get ready for their kids to complete the official entry form with all the information considering created game and obtain a chance to win fantastic prizes such as $10,000 or $1,000 educational scholarship, New York City trip, Trek kid’s bike plus opportunity to share game with kids all over the nation.

Limit: At entry time, contestant must be 18 years of age or older and parent or legal guardian of a kid whose age is between 6 and 12. One game submission is allowed per household.

All contestants need to complete the entry procedure before ending the contest. You have two ways to submit your Backyard game idea entry either online or sending mail.

If you want to submit your entry via online, visit ClifKidBackyardGame.com and get the CLIF Kid Backyard Game of the Year entry form. Complete every required field on the form and submit it with one image file/photo to support your application.

You can also receive your contest entry by sending printed application via U.S. Mail. But for mailing the request, you have to call 1-800-CLIFBAR. So you will be provided all instructions for printed applications. In both way of entry, all contestants must require to provide all mandatory data including name, address, phone number and email address of the parent/guardian on behalf of his/her kid, and the name and age of the kid in the entry.

Keep in mind that your submitted CLIF Kid Backyard Game must be created by kids ages 6 to 12, can be played outside, for two or more players, used story elements like role playing, and physical play elements like balls, hula hoops, chairs, etc.

A lucky winner will be granted $10,000 educational scholarship in the form of a check for his/her child, while other four finalists will receive $1,000 educational scholarship. In addition, each five winners including one winner and four finalists will receive one Trek kid’s bike worth $300, a Bell kid’s bike helmet worth $40 plus New York City trip worth $3,000 wherein winners will be given a chance to meet Olympic soccer medalist Julie Foudy and attend a final round of judging at a public event.
