Limit: Only one entry per person per puppy or kitten is allowed during the Contest Entry Period. Entrant must be at least 18 years old or older at the time of entry.

How to Enter in Nestle Purina Petcare Chief Snuggle Officers Contest:

Entry Period: January 8, 2025 to January 24, 2025

To enter the contest, go to chowcontest.purina.com and fill out the registration form with all requested detail. answer the short form questions and then upload up to two photos of your puppy or kitten.

Submission Requirements:

• The pet featured in the Photo must be under 12 months of age at the time of entry (or up to 24 months for large breed puppies).
• The Photo must have been taken within 30 days of submission.

Photo Guidelines:

• The pet in the Photo must belong to the Entrant.
• No significant editing/retouching that alters the composition of the Photo is permitted.
• Photo must not feature unsafe situations or human subjects.
• The Photo cannot be professionally taken, nor generated by AI.

Nestle Purina Petcare Chief Snuggle Officers Contest Judging:

Finalists Judging Period: January 27, 2025 to February 12, 2025

During the Finalist Judging Period, all eligible Photo submitted during the Contest Entry Period will be reviewed by an independent judging panel based on the following criteria:

• Cuteness Factor (51%): Includes facial expressions, playfulness, and overall charm of the puppy or kitten.
• Overall Impression (49%): Evaluates the overall uniqueness and appeal of the submission.

Considers how well the written content fits the Purina Puppy and Kitten Chow Brand and Contest theme.

The top three highest-scoring entries in each category (puppies and kittens) will be selected as Finalists, for a total of six Finalists. 

Chief Snuggle Officers Contest Voting:

Voting period: February 17, 2025 to March 3, 2025

The six confirmed Finalists (3 puppies and 3 kittens) will have their Photo posted on the Sponsor's website at chowcontest.purina.com during the Popular Voting Period. Visitors may cast one vote per day for their favorite Photo. Voters must also select one shelter from three listed options to receive a donation. The top-scoring Photo (one puppy and one kitten) with the most votes during the Popular Voting Period will be named the Grand Prize winners.

Chief Snuggle Officers Contest Prizes:

Two Grand Prizes (one from each category) will win $25000 cash in form of check.
