Champions of Care Fan Contest

Difficulty Level : Very Hard ( 4 out of 5 ) Make a story of the person you care or some you know and share it by participating in the Johnson & Johnson Champions of Care Fan Contest, which is developed by Johnson & Johnson in support of its 2014 FIFA World Cup sponsorship. The contest invites individuals across the United States to celebrate the most caring persons in their lives. Participate, share stories and you could win a trip to Rio de Janeiro, Brazil to attend the 2014 FIFA World Cup.

Limit: Any nominator can only nominate any one once but there is no limit on the on the number of nominations a nominations a nominator can submit. Also there is no limit on the number of Nomination any Nominee can receive. One person can vote once with one email id and IP address per day, during the Voting Period. The person must be at least eighteen year or older to enter in the contest.

To enter in the Champions of Care Fan Contest, visit www.careinspirescare.com website and follow the instructions on the screen. Complete the form by providing the required detail and submit the nomination form. Nominators will be asked to provide the story of caring performed by the Nominee and provide supporting documentation, such as videos or articles, demonstrating the positive impacts of the Nominee’s actions (“Nomination”). Nominators may also submit a YouTube link to a video of no more than two minutes.

The top six Nominees will advance to the Voting Phase as Finalists. The Finalists are determined by judge using the Judging Criteria in the official rules page.

Prizes:

Grand Prize: The grand prize winner will get a Champions of Care trophy and a 3-night package trip for two to Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. The trip package includes round trip, air transportation for two, three nights’ accommodations at a hotel, two tickets to the 2014 FIFA World Cup Final Match. ARV: $35,000.

Finalist Prize: There are eleven Finalists prizes. They will receive a Johnson & Johnson Care Package, Official FIFA World Cup merchandize signed by Karla Martinez and a DVD copy of their caring story video (if applicable). ARV: $360.
