Mars Food - Ben's Beginners Contest

Difficulty Level : Very Hard ( 4 out of 5 ) Let's get kids cooking! Teaching kids to cook is like teaching them to drive, only tougher although, it is interesting because it can turn your boring cooking time in to fun time! And now by teaching cooking to your kid, you could win prize worth $45000. For it, you just need to take cooking lessons and send photo of recipe in Mars Food - Ben's Beginners Contest. By participating in to the contest, you could win $15,000 for yourself, plus $30,000 cafeteria makeover for your kid's school.

Limit: Each entrant can submit only one entry daily. Entrant must be above the age of majority a and a parent or legal guardian of a child who is a student in Kindergarten through eighth grade at the time of entry.

How to Participate:

Entrant can participate through one of below two ways:

1) During contest period, visit beginners.unclebens.com and hit enter now button and then select the option to either proceed to “Registration” or “Sign In.” After selecting an option, complete of all required information and upload an image of recipe to complete entry.

2) Visit the contest site and select the option to “Take a Lesson.” either during the lesson or following completion of the lesson and receipt of a badge, entrant can capture an image of completed recipe and submit it through registration.

Before uploading recipe image, each entrant must provide the following required information PER child per Entry: entrant’s first name, entrant’s last name, email address, password, entrant’s Child first name, Entrant’s Child’s Grade, Entrant’s Child’s School Zip and School Selection and Name for the Entry, describing the Image or recipe.

On or about October 12, 2018, 25 winners will be selected from all eligible entries on the basis of following judging criteria:

• 25% based on creativity
• 25% based on presentation of the dish
• 25% based on appetite appeal
• 25% based on reflection of the Ben’s Beginners goal of bringing families together to cook

All 25 finalists will be featured in the digital hub of the Contest Site in a Voting Gallery.

Five grand prizes winner will be selected by panel of judges on the basis of following judging criteria:

• 20% based on creativity
• 20% based on presentation of the dish
• 20% based on appetite appeal
• 20% based on reflection of Ben’s Beginners goal of bringing families together to cook
• 20% based on Votes

(5) Grand Prize:

• A check for $15,000 and
• A check made out to the Child’s school to be used toward a cafeteria makeover valued at $30,000
• A celebration event in the Grand Prize Winner’s hometown.
