Do you always get creative, when it’s time to get your 5-hour energy drink? Show your favorite way to mix up 5-hour ENERGY shots with an everyday beverage by making a one minute video and give your Yummification creation a name. Enter and submit your Yummificaton video and for your chance to win $1,000, $10,000, $30,000 or even $50,000!

Limit: One Entry per person using one email address, regardless of methods of entry. The age of entrant must be at least eighteen years or older at the time of entry.

There are two ways to enter during the entry period:

Website: Visit www.5houryummification.com and follow the links and instructions to complete the entry form, Like” 5-hour ENERGY on Facebook to gain access to the Contest, then create and submit a video displaying an original 5-hour ENERGY recipe mix you created being made, tasted, and named and submit. Each submitted Recipe and Video may be collectively referred to as an “Entry”.

Facebook: “Like” the 5-hour ENERGY page on Facebook at www.facebook.com/5HourEnergyShot and follow the instructions to click the Contest tab and submit an original Recipe and Video as described in the website entry method to enter.

Videos must be no longer than sixty seconds in length and must be submitted in .avi, .mov, .mpg, .mp4, or .wmv format. Resolution must be at least 400 pixels in width and 300 pixels in height (400 x 300), and Video must not exceed 10MB in size.

Prizes:

One Grand Prize: $50,000 awarded in the form of a check.

One Second Prize: $30,000 awarded in the form of a check.

One Third Prize: $10,000 awarded in the form of a check.

Ten Fourth Prizes: $1000 awarded in the form of a check.
